The beautifully designed, energy-efficient Affordable Homes at The Steadings are built to the same high standard as all other homes within the new neighbourhood, and by the same parcel developer.
It is important to respond to local housing needs and the provision of Affordable Housing across The Steadings will be made up of a mixture of dwelling sizes and types to accomondate families and smaller households.
The new homes at The Steadings will include 30% Affordable Homes, available to local people through the relevant housing association for each selected parcel. The homes will be a mix of social rent, affordable rent and shared-ownership.
