Community Organiser role with CMT

The Community Management Trust (CMT) are a registered charity working to support the new and emerging community at The Steadings. They have an exciting new vacancy for a Community Organiser to join their small, busy, close-knit team.

The CMT is a not-for-profit organisation which will own, maintain and manage the green spaces and open spaces, the community buildings, children’s play areas, sports pitches and other assets at The Steadings on completion of each phase or parcel.
Working with Cotswold District Council, Cirencester Town Council and the local community, the CMT will re-invest in The Steadings to build a cohesive community in which everyone who lives, works or goes to school at The Steadings will be a part.
The core functions of the CMT are to:
Own and manage community buildings and spaces.
Run and support projects that wish to make positive change.
Together with residents, create a place where everyone feels welcome.
