Have your say on the HarperCrewe proposal for Parcel 2D at The Steadings

Pre-Application Consultation
HarperCrewe, the developer for Parcel 2D at The Steadings, has put forward a proposal for 129 new homes (including 40 affordable) and space for community facilities including a coffee shop.
The proposals are available for public pre-application consultation from 21 to 31 March 2026, ahead of Reserved Matters Application in early April 2026.
The plans and design elevations in this proposal are work in progress and may be subject to change.
Feedback and comments are very much welcomed. This is an opportunity for the local residential a business community to put forward views on the proposals.
All feedback will be collated by Bathurst Development, as the master developer for The Steadings, and passed to HarperCrewe for consideration.
