Main Site: Gas Main Diversion Works
From Monday, 16th October 2023, Wales and West Utilities will be working on the main site at The Steadings to divert an existing gas main.
The works include the provision of a new gas main around the northern edge of Parcel 2A (to the rear of the properties on Berkeley Road) and the removal of the existing main that runs across the development parcel.
The works are shown on this plan image and are expected to take 8 – 10 weeks.
The works will not affect the supply of gas to local properties, as this in contained within the main site.
