Design led energy-efficient homes

All homes at The Steadings are being built to the highest of standards and design to ensure energy-efficient and enjoyable spaces to live.

Each home within Phase 1, built by HarperCrewe, is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies including air source heat pumps, highly-insulated, high-performing built fabric that minimises heat loss, efficient waste water heat recovery systems, and EV charging points. These contribute to a reduction in operational carbon footprint but also help on minimising running costs of the new homes.

Homes within future phases will also include solar thermal or photo-voltaic panels at roof level.
