Bathurst Development Limited

Bathurst Development Limited (BDL) is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales. The Company number is 08527773 and it was incorporated on 14 May 2013. The registered address is: The Bathurst Estate Office, Cirencester Park, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, GL7 2BU. There are four directors and a company secretary.

BDL’s primary objective is to deliver The Steadings which is a large new neighbourhood within Cirencester. It is investing in the provision of new infrastructure and working collaboratively with development partners to provide new homes, employment space, a primary school, GP surgery, community facilities and open spaces.

Having secured outline planning consent in April 2019, BDL acquired the 300 acre site in March 2020. As a company registered in England and Wales BDL is subject to UK Corporation Tax on all profits and gains generated. The Company is also subject to all direct and indirect taxes (e.g. VAT, SDLT, PAYE and NIC) under UK tax legislation.
