Have Your Say on Landscaping for 2D and 2E Proposals
At the most recent Community Liaison Group meeting in April 2025, we were joined by our landscape architect, Murdoch Wickham, and transport consultant, PFA, who provided an overview of the plans for the landscaping, primary street and village square within the next phase of The Steadings.
These plans have now evolved to the next level of design.
The detailed landscape proposal file is shown below.

The deadline for receiving feedback is Friday 20 June 2025.
All feedback will be collated by Bathurst Development and passed to our consultant team for consideration. The final plans will be submitted to Cotswold District Council by the end of June 2025.
