Three distinct employment and workspace areas
The Steadings will deliver a range of different employment opportunities and space for companies wishing to relocate as well as catering for new start-ups.
- Up to 9.1 hectares of land allocated for employment (B1, B2 and B8), set over three employment areas at The Steadings.
Employment areas A and B are situated at the eastern end of The Steadings, adjacent to the Love Lane Industrial Estate and are already proving very popular with local firms looking to expand their existing businesses into new bespoke premises.
The third employment area will include 3.8 ha on Tetbury Road.
