Within the heart of Phase 2 will be a small village centre acting as a focal point for local residents and the wider community to meet, chat, or eat and drink.
Being able to walk five minutes to such areas not only encourages active travel but helps to foster a welcoming and attractive home for all.
The plans for the community meeting space will be developed with the Community Management Trust who will manage the space until the permanent centre is built within a future phase. In the meantime, we would be delighted to meet with businesses or organisations wishing to be part of the plans for the new facilities in Phase 2 to discuss availability. In particular we would welcome proposals from operators for a local coffee shop or a Pilates studio.
