The Steadings will deliver a range of different employment opportunities and space for companies wishing to relocate as well as catering for new start-ups.
- Up to 9.1 hectares of land is allocated for employment (B1, B2 and B8), set over three employment areas at The Steadings.
- The first and second employment areas are situated at the eastern end of The Steadings and is already proving very popular with local firms looking to expand their existing businesses into new bespoke premises.
- A further third area of 3.8 hectares is located off Tetbury Road.
