The Steadings will deliver a mixed-use, sensitively designed, vibrant and intergrated new neighbourhood for Cirencester to include:
- 2,350 new homes including affordable and homes for the elderly.
- 100 acres of publically accessible open space and landscape, plus habitats for wildlife to thrive.
- New access points from Tetbury Road (A429), Spratsgate Lane, Wilkinson Road and Somerford Road.
