Planning Consent was granted in April 2019 and a copy of the planning consent and S106 agreements can be downloaded from the Details page. There are a number of pre-commencement conditions – works that must be completed before any work starts on site and we hope to have begun these works by the end of 2019.
Construction of the development will be phased and enabling work on site is likely to begin in Autumn 2020. Detailed Reserved Matters applications will have to be submitted to Cotswold District Council for approval before the phases can be built out.
