Works Notification
In order to create access points into the new development areas for The Steadings, including the land allocated for employment use which will require a new roundabout, there is a need for some vegetation clearance to take place.
This will include limited hedgerow and tree surgery over and above the normal annual trimming. Wherever possible, these hedgerows are being replanted within existing hedgerows to maintain extensive green buffers around the site. This work commenced on Monday 24th May and will take up to 5 days to complete.
All of the work is being carried out sympathetically to the bird nesting season with the correct licences and permissions in place, and an ecologist is on site overseeing the work at all times.
